PRODUCT WARRANTY
Modholic offers a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery for all products against defects to the workmanship and materials. This warranty will cover normal domestic usage and will be void if any of the following are present: negligent use or non-domestic conditions, failure to follow the provided instructions, any alterations or unauthorized repairs made to the product, and products which are not adequately cared for.
If a product if faulty the customer must contact Modholic within 5 days of delivery and provide any information requested to include, but not limited to: images and a full description of the fault.
A faulty product claim may be compensated only at the discretion of Modholic and we reserve the right to offer compensation. Compensation will be paid within 28 days of the date of the confirmation.
